General Information

Participation Rules:

1. Invite-Only

Only players who participated in last year’s tournament are eligible to compete this year.

2. New Player Requests

If you wish to add a new player to the tournament, you may submit a request at vancouverpongtournament@gmail.com. However, these requests will only be reviewed if there are eligible spots available.

3. Team Composition

Teams must consist of two players. You can pair up with a returning player or find a new teammate within the allowed participants.

​

4. Registration

All new & returning participants must register and pay before the tournment date

​

5. Buy-In:

The tournament buy-in is $150 per player. Payment must be completed during the registration process to confirm your spot

Tournament Format:

• Preliminary Rounds

Teams will compete in a round-robin format to determine seeding for the knockout stages.

​

• Knockout Stages

The top teams from the preliminary rounds will advance to the knockout stages, culminating in the championship match.
